Speak up for research culture: I-REACCH Micro Survey

The Wellcome-funded I-REACCH project is piloting interventions to support a more inclusive and supportive research culture at the University of Leicester. These anonymous micro-surveys are designed to capture perceptions and establish a baseline for evaluating I-REACCH’s interventions.

Why take part in the micro-surveys?

Help shape a more inclusive and supportive research culture at Leicester – one click at a time! Each weekly I-REACCH micro-survey has just one question and takes less than a minute. It’s quick, anonymous, and open to all research staff, research-enabling staff, and PGRs.

What will happen to your responses?

The survey is totally anonymous. You may be asked to log in with your University of Leicester email; the system won't collect your name or your email address. Your anonymous responses are analysed by the I-REACCH evaluation team to help us understand what’s working and what needs to change. Your voice helps steer real improvements. No fuss, no hassle.
